The worst commercial entity you can deal with, the worst equipment you can buy, and the worst maintenance you can need. I do not recommend dealing at all.

اقسم بالله أسوأ محل على وجه الاطلاق ان تبيهم مماطلين فهم مماطلين وش حليلهم وقت ماتشري منهم زي العسل اهم شئ عندهم يبيعونك السلعة وبعدين تفرج عينك ماتشوف الا النور ولا كأنك شاري منهم وانت معك اصل الفاتورة كأنك تشحث من ابوهم لايردون على تلفوناتهم ولا على الوتساب بالذات الموجود في الصيانه السوري فيه خسة ودنائه مهب في مخلوق والله ماتبليت عليهم ونحن في ايام فضيله وعشر ذي الحجة المباركة لكنها الحقيقة والله على مااقول شهيد فيا عزيزي الزبون لاتخوض تجربة معهم فتندم يكفي انا والزبائن من قبلي خاضو معاناه مابعدها معاناة وجميع الردود تشهد بذالك والله لو فيه اقل من نجمة لو وضعتهالهم فعلًا مايستحقون ولا اي نجمه لكنها اجباريه مع الرد فسأضها لكتابه وقبول الرد فقط

I bought mixing machine from al rayan store riyadh (al dabab showroom) on 5/2/19, they made delivery on 6/2/19 and the machine was not working. I made a complaint on same day they said they will replace it on 9/2/19. And on 9/2/19 they delivered new machine with broken gear. And i made another complaint with the store. He said on 10/2/19 we will fix it d no one came to fix it still.
