★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very close to a lot of attractions. It does have a lot if traffic close to it though. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. The breakfast is good. Very unimpressed with the fact that the guy that helped me only understood Arabic and wrote that I still had outstanding money to pay because he didn't understand what I said. Luckily another staff member sorted it out quickly days later when I checked out. Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service.. Bad food meals for Quarantine reservation... No milk in the hotel!!!... Air condition can't set the vents... No options for the meals.. TV is 30 inch only.. Bad screen quality .. I'm not recommending this hotel at all for anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 days and in room phone not working. First 2 days no hot water for shower. Not at all suitable for english speaking persons as nearly no staff speak english. Food provided for the Covid quarantine package was bad. Will not recommend.
Wifi frequently off. 1 english tv channel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pre booking for 1 night stay, arrived at night and when i checked with the receptionist he told me you must check in at 3pm as you did not arrive that time your booking was cancelled and i have to do annother booking with high price. Also there kitchen was closed before sahoor time. Worst decision to book a room during ramadan at this hotel.
