★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two cleaners careless I have asked the couple times to bring stuff in my room no respond.
Overall hotel is old and AC conditions is loud in all units also AC can't adjust the temperature only cold or fan sometimes need wake up middle of the night to put it fan or witch it off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time I book in this hotel. This time, the hotel seems to degrading in terms of hotel reception hygiene, no tv channel, poor internet and the room seems to be dirty without any improvement.

I booked a room, and confidently assured that I will have a place to stay when I arrived in Jeddah coming down from taif.
I didn’t receive any No call or message from the hotel confirming my arrival or any cancellations.
When I arrived at around 10pm with all my bag packed and tired the receptionist without any sympathy told me the hotel is fully booked.
I told the receptionist how that happened wherein I have a reservation from booking.com. And he simply say, it’s fully booked it’s the problem of booking. Com.
I am so disappointed with this hotel. They didn’t even offer anything on their behalf to at least find a new hotel for me. The receptionist just continued on his eating and when done eating he shut off the lights.
While me I have to go out the street to find a new hotel.
The worst hotel ever.
Do not get a room in this hotel, and to add the lobby itself don’t look good, it’s old, with that said, might also the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get the opportunity to stay in this hotel, but I’m giving them 5 stars because the receptionists are wonderful people. They came through to help me when they didn’t have to. Professional, decent and respectful human beings! Management should know this and give them all a raise!!! Big thanks to Waleed and gentleman with beard and glasses (sorry didn’t catch his name). Thank you!
