★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الأسعار زائده نسبياً والعدسات ليست متساويه للنظر والاطار بدون ايطار لايستطيعون اعاده تركيب العدسه عليه مما يجعل الشخص بخصر قيمة ايطار اخار .. ليس كبداياته منذ السنين القبل كان ممتاز

- الاستقبال والتعاون جيد من الاغلبية لكن الاسعار عالية وتفاوت بين البيع للكاش والتامين عند التخفيضات !؟
- يوجد اخصائي بصريات ممتاز يغني عن الذهاب للمستوصف قياس نظر وعدسات واطار من مكان واحد .
- للاسف تم تحديث الديكور والعرض بشكل اجمل ومتميز لكن بعض موظفي البيع (غير سعودي) يسئ للمحل بعدم المصداقية والفلسفة غير الموفقة ويدفعك على شراء المنتج كالعدسات دون ان تضيف اي مميزات بحجة ان التامين لا يقبل الاضافة كالوقاية عن الشمس والاشعة الضارة وغيرها ( في السابق وفي فروع اخرى لم اواجه هذا التصرف وكان يضاف كل شيء في الفاتورة ويخصم منه مبلغ التامين وادفع الفرق ) وللاسف التامين "التعاونية"معتمد رؤيا ورأي العين فقط وكلاهما بنفس الفئة التي تفتقر للسلوك التسويقي الذي يدفعك للعودة كما ويحرم المحل من مكاسب جيدة.
يشكر لهم حسن الاستقبال خاصة السعوديان المتواجدان ذلك اليوم ينقص احدهما الخبرة ..

* للاسف مع بداية 2022 بدأ التحايل على قبول تامين التعاونية وان هناك مشكلة سيتم حلها قريبا وياخذ كاش لشراء عدسات النظارة والزيارة الثانية ايضا للبصريات نفس المشكلة ونفس العذر ، هذه الايام في فبراير !؟؟ مما يدعو للبحث عن بديل.

- There is an excellent optometrist who dispenses with going to the clinic to measure eyesight, lenses and frames from one place.
- Unfortunately, the decoration and display have been updated in a more beautiful and distinct way, but some sales staff (non-Saudi) offend the store with lack of credibility and unsuccessful philosophy and push you to buy the product like lenses without adding any features on the pretext that insurance does not accept additions such as protection from the sun and harmful rays and others (in the past and in In other branches, I did not encounter this behavior, and everything was added to the bill and the amount of the insurance was deducted from it and I paid the difference). Unfortunately, the insurance “cooperative” is approved by vision and opinion only, and both are in the same category, which lacks the marketing behavior that pushes you to return and deprives the store of good profits.
He thanks them for the good reception, especially the two Saudis who were there that day, one of them lacks experience.
