★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الاخ الليبي اخّر نظارتي كثراووركب لي العدسات مشطوفه مع الحد..سقطت العدسة بعد شهر وكنت اشعر بخشونة في حد العدسة قبل تسقط..تجربة سيئة يستقبلك باحسن الكلام..ووقت انه يضمن تشتغل عنده خذ من الوعود الكاذبه الكثير..الله يسامحه
Unfortunately, the Libyan brother delayed my glasses too much, and put the lenses beveled to me with the limit..the lens fell out after a month and I felt rough in the edge of the lens before it fell..a bad experience he welcomes you with good words..the time that he is guaranteed to work with him Take a lot of false promises..God forgive him

I AM VERY DISHEARTENED TO PURCHASE SUN GLASSES FROM YOUR BRANCH IN MEDINA(QIBLATAIN DAIRE NEAR SHAWAYA HOUSE).I WAS REGULAR CUSTOMER OF YOUR COMPANY.
THE SUN GLASS HAVE NOT COMPLETED 70 DAYS AND A CRACK APPEARED IN THE FRAME.
AND WHEN I COME TO YOUR BRANCH THEY TOTALLY BLAMES ME FOR THAT.I TOLD THAT I DID'T DROP IT NOR PRESS IT THERE IS NO SIGN OF BOTH.
I ASKED THEM I PURCHASED IT FOR 535 SAR IS THIS THE QUALITY GUESS WHAT WAS THE REPLY OF YOUR SALES PERSON " WHO TOLD YOU THIS IS ORIGINAL AND FINE QUALITY ITS FROM CHINA".
I LET MY FRAME THERE AND ASKED THEM TO PUT IT IN TRASH SO MAY BE YOUR SOUL AWAKEN.
I WILL NEVER FORGIVE AL BASHAWARI OPTICAL FOR DOING THIS WITH ME.
I HAVE PUT MY DEALS IN HANDS OF ALLAH ALMIGHTY.
IN LAST I WILL SAY FEAR ALLAH YOU ARE IN THE BELOVED CITY OF HABEEB(S.A.W)
