I and the kids in love with this. Huh Highly recommendable sweet. Awesome tasty pancakes with chocolate. Tasty and good quality foods.

It has small food court with with multiple play areas.

Not much crowds in the afternoons
Top restaurants and cafe
Starbucks,McDonald's, Al-Baik Etc
Also, awesome play areas such as Goal Football, Sky zone Trampoline park, and a electrical rides and an arcade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediam sized mall, there is a huge supermarket banda, very clean with a modern design, got a food court upstairs, also in in the 1st floor there is chili's and fredrekers, Starbucks, and plenty of fasion stores, HM, MAX, REDTAG & other brands, very nice place for a walk with ur family and kids, there is a small playground 2nd floor, also liked the hejazy style decorations.
