★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقة تفرز رائحة قمة في النتانة ورائحة بلاعات المطبخ سييئة جدا والمكيف يقطر ماء بشكل مزعج ! ورائحة الثلاجة للأسف كريهة جدا
لاأدري لماذا الإهمال هذا مع أني دفعة ٣٣٠ريال على هذه الشقة
للأسف هناك شقق أفضل وأرخص قريبة جدا منها
الشئ الإيجابي فيها إني إستطعت أنام ليلة واحدة فيها

وخاصة الأسرة والمكيفات
*يوجد صراصير
*مقبض الباب منخفض ولا يوجد له تأمين والمعنى أن طفل عمره سنتين يستطيع فتح الباب والخروج!!!
*وللأمانة العاملين تعاملهم راقي ومحترم جداً

الفرش نظيفة وتعامل العمال ممتاز
النت كويس ويوجد افياش موزعة بشكل جيد جدا
الشاشة قديمة والمطبخ ممتاز لكن يحتاج صيانة للمجلة.
Excellent compared to its cheap price:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنصح الجميع بعدم السكن فيها نصيحة محب .. الشقق غير نظيفة يوجد بها نمل كثير وسبب لنا تحسس ودورات المياة ابوابها متهالكة الفرش متهالك .. اسعار الغرف مقارنة بالشقق تعتبر غالية ، غرفة + صالة ٣٠٠ ريال يومي وهي ولا تسوى ريال
