★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الأثاث جيدجداً لكن خدمتهم ممتازة وبخاصة تعاون موظف الاستقبال الأستاذ: محمد سوداني الجنسية وسعرهم معقول ، وأخيرًا أتمنى من الاستقبال التأكد من توفر جميع المستلزمات التي يحتاجها المستأجر فمثلا قد يكون الريموت الكنترول للتلفزيون غير موجود أو بطاريته ضعيفة أو الغلاية غير موجودة
The furniture is very good, but their service is excellent, especially the cooperation of the receptionist. Professor: Mohamed Sudani, their nationality, and their price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البعض يخفى عليه أن كتابة التعليقات هنا بمثابة الشهادة، سواء بصورة سلبية أو إيجابية، وربما إن كانت غير حقيقية فهي شهادة زور، أرجو الانتباه لذلك.
سكنت في غرفة في شقق نزهة المكان، ومقارنة السعر بالغرفة منطقي جداً، ولم أشاهد ما وصفه بعض المعلقين من ملاحظات.
السلبيات :
الأثاث قديم ولكن نظيف وجيد، لا يوجد كوفي شوب أو مغسلة داخل الشقق.
الموقع جيد، يتوفر مقابل الشقق محلات تموينات ومغسلة ملابس، وعدد 2 كوفي شوب.
لا يوجد مطاعم مجاورة للأسف، ولكن لدى الاستقبال العديد من المنشورات لمختلف المطاعم.

I lived in a room in the Nozha apartments, and comparing the price to the room is very logical, and I did not see what some commenters described in the comments.
Negatives :
Furniture is old but clean and good, no coffee shop or laundry inside the apartments.
The location is good, opposite the apartments there are grocery stores, a laundry, and 2 coffee shops.
Unfortunately there are no restaurants nearby, but the reception has many posts for different restaurants.

they got my grind wrong and it messed up my purchase.
The coffee is okay but not that great, it doesn’t compete with the Roasting house or camel steps. Even though I bought a freshly roasted bag of coffee, it did not give me the same results as Ive experienced from the aforementioned roasters.
They are trying to appear like a specialist coffee house but they have a long way to go.
