★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع فاااااشل، اسوأ خدمات و أسوأ تعامل من كل النواحي.. مدير الفرع اللي صوته أعلى من طوله في التعامل مع العملاء و عدم احترامهم و تفهم اسباب مشكلتهم البنكية و جميع موظفين البنك باردين و كل واحد يرمي على التاني مو فاهمين شغلهم،خدمة بطيئة و رديئة و تقليدية و انتظار غير معقول من اجل خدمة بسيطة و الكل يوقع بنفس القلم فين الاحترازات الوقائية، صفر في كل شي لو مو الحاجة و الإجبار من مكان العمل انه نفتح في بنك الرياض اللي ما يسوا هلالة ما كان استمرينا في دا البنك،روحوا اتعلموا خدمات العملاء و خدمات مصرفية من البنك الأميركي (سامبا)ولا من بنك الراجحي، رقي و جدية و احترام لكافة العملاء بلا استثناء..
A failed branch, the worst services and the worst dealing in all respects.. the branch manager whose voice is louder than his length in dealing with customers and disrespecting them and understanding the reasons for their banking problem and all the bank employees are cold and every one throws at the other not understanding their job, slow service and Bad, traditional, and unreasonable waiting for a simple service, and everyone signs the same pen. Where are the preventive precautions, zero in everything if there is no need and compulsion from the workplace that we open in Riyad Bank, which is not a crescent, we would not have continued in this bank, go and learn Customer services and banking services from the American Bank (Samba) or from Al-Rajhi Bank, sophistication, seriousness and respect for all customers without exception..

A medium sized branch of Bank Riyadm not much crowded. On the road size of the Abdallah Oraif Street in Al Rusaifah, so easy accessible. Cooperative staff. Different processes sometimes take time, but its ok. Sitting arrangement for the customers and parking facility is insufficient, which needs improvement. Overall impression is fine. One strange thing observed is that its ATM, which is for money deposit, offers only Arabic language which is unusable for more of the non arabic speaking expatriates.
One can now easily open a current account online without visiting the branch. What you you need is to fill-up the application for opening current account via bank website, and verify your personal information via Absher system, where the ATM Card (Mada/ Master) shall be delivered to your registered address.
