★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف رحت فرع الشوقية و فرع النزهة شارع الستين و كلها مافيها خدمة ذاتيه ابغى اجدد البطاقة و اسحب مبلغ لكن أجهزة الخدمة الذاتيه غير متوفرة
 Unfortunately, I went to Al Shawqiah branch and Al Nozha branch on Sixtieth Street, and all of them do not have self-service. I want to renew the card and withdraw an amount, but the self-service machines are not available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Service, nice location having ATM Machine too. No doubt, there is a parking issue. Secondly, this bank has very little number of ATM machines installed in Makkah as compared to other banks.
