 Very very bad. No parking, no honest staff and no quick achievement. I recommend to visit another branch...

وقبل اسبوع رحت اشوف ايش صار في موضوعي واستقبلتا الاستاذ ماجد العبود ....ياليت كل موظفين الفرع بحسن استقباله وانجازاته للعملاء الف الف شكر استاذ ماجد العبود

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البنك يحتاج بعض التجديدات والموقع شوي ضيق يحتاج مساحه وتغيير ومافي مواقف كثيره …وبنك الرياض غني عن التعريف بنك رائع وخدمات اروع استقبال للعميل بقمة الذوق والإحترام وفي المناسبة كل الشكر الخاص للأستاذ (بندر المطيري) على تعامله الحسن والودود مع العملاء انسان راقي صراحه .
The bank needs some renovations, and the site is a bit cramped. It needs space and change, and there are not many situations… Riyad Bank is well known, a wonderful bank and the most wonderful services, the customer’s reception with the utmost taste and respect, and on this occasion, special thanks to Professor (Bandar Al-Mutairi) for his good and friendly dealings with customers, a classy and frank person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مدير ما يعرف النظام ولا اسلوب في التعامل وموظفين الصرف خارج الخدمه اتمنى من الاداره الموقره ان تفهم موظفينها النظام او تقوم بتغيرهم
A manager does not know the system and has no way of dealing, and the exchange employees are out of service. I hope the esteemed administration will understand its employees the system or change them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه شغلهم جدا بطيئ غير لا ترتيب ولا وشي خليطي والبنات ما عندهم خبره يعني تاخذ من وقتك ساعه على اي شي تافه
Frankly, their work is very slow, but there is no arrangement or anything mixed, and the girls have no experience, so you take an hour of your time on anything trivial.
