★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بط في المعاملات من الموظفين بط يقتل حسابي موقف ولي اكثر من شهر اراجع وبالاخير يطلع الموظف راكن المعامله عنده وفي كل مره اساله يقول بتجيك رساله واخيرا يقلي كان في تقص في الاختام وعذر اقبح من ذنب ولاكن حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
Duck in transactions from the employees. Duck kills my account. My guardian’s position is more than a month. I return and at the end the employee reports to the person in charge of the transaction, and every time I ask him, he says, “Get a message,” and at last he fried.

I called the customer service to explain the problem to them. They said you have to go to the branch to solve the problem.. and I went to the branch. They said you have to call the customer service, very very bad service
