★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم انا عميله لي اكثر من سنتين اتعامل مع فرع الحمراء بس الله يشهد علي ان الموظفات الان الي عندهم يجننون وتعاملهم جداًراقي ومديرتهم تعاملهارهيب وراقيه والموظفات فيه كم وحده ممتازه ماعرف اساميهم لاكن جيدات . ومدام قدوتهم المديره اكيد بيكونو على هذا المستوى .واشكرهم جميعاً

اما هذا المحل البائعه اسلوبها جدا سيء
ولافيه اي اي تعاون منها
وغير اني طلبت منها مدير عشان اتفاهم معه وتقول انا المديره

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غير متعاونين ومتجر سيء للغاية وتعامل اقل من السيء حاولت استبدال ملابس في الوقت المحدد ورفضوا وتعقيد من البنات اللي المحل ومافي اداره نهائي اتصلت عليهم وما يردون علي لاااااا انصح بالتعامل معهم نهائيا وسيتم تقديم شكوى لوزارة التجارة
Uncooperative and very bad store and treatment less than bad. I tried to replace clothes on time, they refused and complicated the girls who are in the shop and there is no final management. I called them and they do not answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قطع جميله لكن اسلوب البائعة جدا جدا جدا سيء ذهبت اليوم لاستبدال قطعة في الساعة 9:30 الى 10:30 ورفضت استبدالها الا اذا دفعت لها قيمة الخصم (84 ريال) ولما حاولت التناقش معاها قالت بالحرف الواحد "بسلامتك اهم شيء القطعة عندي" !!!!! وين الامانة و الخدمة؟؟؟؟؟ هذي كيف تمثل الشركة وتهين العملاء؟؟الشركة راضيه وساكته؟
اهانت الوالده مع تعبها حتى لما جت تستخدم الكرسي قالت "مابيتحملتك" !!!!

واول مره اشوف محل مايسترجعون ويستبدلون مره وحده??

Is this how you represent the company and insult the customers ?? The company is satisfied and silent?

بحجة النظام عندهم لا يسمح ????? اجل ليش فاتحين
نصيحة اللي بيشتري من عندهم سال اول عندهم اشياء معروضه للبيع امرهم غريب
