โ โ โ โ โ I love this branch . I can find good collection in the stock, spacious, less traffic.
However, I came today there was only one cashier open and store manager was chatting with 2 other staff. Not professional.

โ โ โ โ โ We are customers for Zara since year for all our family members. We have never complained and always satisfied with the products until this incidence.
We have purchased a pair of shoes for our 7 year old kid. He wore it for one time, and when we intended to wipe before the second day use, which we do with only wet towel, a rubber paint-like got removed in a very strange way. We tried to enquire at zara "Hamra Mall" and the lady at the cachier simply said that "this is not her problem". We told her that we will complain and she said "sure no worries"
It is fascinating how big brands pay salaries to employees who make sure customers are not satisfied.
I really need to know if this is not her problem, who's problem is this?
Anyhow, we will never step foot at a Zara store again!
