عملت نضارة (فريم ماركة تومي) وللأسف بعد 6 شهور الاطار تبهدل وتشقق، ولما ذهبت للمحل أكثر من مرة كذبوا عليا وأعطوا وعود كاذبة بالاتصال علي لاصلاح النظارة برغم انها عيب تصنيع ولها ضمان.
سأعمل شكوى فى وزارة التجارة ضد هذا المحل
لأ أوصي أبدا بالتعامل معاهم حتى لو ببلاش
One of the worst grocery stores in Riyadh
I made a freshness (Tommy frame) and unfortunately, after 6 months, the frame was worn out and cracked, and when I went to the store more than once, they lied to me and gave false promises to call me to fix the glasses even though they are a manufacturing defect and have a warranty.
I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce against this shop
I would never recommend dealing with them, even if for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من عندهم نظاره والايطار تقشع بعد فتره والعدسات تتمخش بشكل غريب مع اني اخذت افضل شي ع كلامهم.
I bought glasses from them, and the frames fell off after a while, and the lenses were strangely rough, although I took the best thing from their words.

قمت بتفصيل نظارة شمسية توقعت أن تكون جودتها جيدة ولكن تفاجئت بأنها صناعة رديئة وزادها سوءاً تفصيل العدسات غير الاحترافي واللون غير المطابق لاختياري وحجتهم أنه لا يمكن عمل نظارة بنفس المعروض تماماً! لماذا تعرضه من الأساس إذا لم تكن قادراً على محاكاته؟ هذا يعني أنك لم تقم بتفصيلها بنفسك… بالإضافة إلى خروج صوت عند طي النظارة وعدم مرونة إطاراتها …..
عموماً قمت بمراجعتهم أكثر من 3 مرات لأجل تعديل النظارة وفي الأخير عرفت أنني أخطأت في التفصيل عندهم واختصرت على نفسي بعدم زيارتهم نهائياً
Very bad shop, I do not recommend visiting it or buying from it....
I made sunglasses that I expected to be of good quality, but I was surprised that they are poor quality and made worse by the unprofessional detailing of the lenses and the color that does not match my choice, and their argument is that it is not possible to make sunglasses with exactly the same offer! Why show it in the first place if you can't emulate it? This means that you did not detail them yourself… In addition to the sound coming out when the glasses are folded and the inflexibility of their frames…..
In general, I reviewed them more than 3 times for the purpose of adjusting the glasses, and in the end I knew that I had made a mistake in detailing them and confined myself to not visiting them at all.
