★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا عميلة عند هذا المحل وكل مرة أجي عندهم أكثر من ثللث مرات لازم أنا وكثير عملاء ننتظر وقت طويل علماً بأنه خارج وقت الصلاة وكل المحلات اللي حواليهم مفتوحة .. بصراحة ماأعرف وش سبب هالتصرف والتعامل والإهانة للعميل بتركة ينتظر واقف عند الباب!! الواحد يكرة أماكن بسبب تصرفات سيئة
 I am a customer at this shop and every time I come to them more than three times, I and many customers have to wait for a long time, knowing that it is outside the prayer time and all the shops around them are open.. I honestly do not know what is the reason for this behavior, dealing with and insulting the customer, leaving him waiting at the door!! One hates places because of bad behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here right before noon but a guy named Amru was like come visit us at 3:30, my shift is over now. I asked if he can show me the types of sunglasses so I see if they have a good collection worth of a second visit. He refused saying his shift is over.. never coming back to Almaha Optics ever again! Very bad customer service
جيت قبل الظهر بشوف النظارات وقال شخص اسمه عمرو ان الدوام خلص وتعال العصر شوف قلت بس بشوف الانواع الان وقال اعتذر منك الدوام حقي انتهى. خدمة عملاء سيئة جدًا!

I came before noon to see the glasses, and a person named Amr said that work is over, and come afternoon. I said, but I can see the types now, and he said, I apologize to you, my work is over. Very bad customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظف المصري اللي جو تعامله غير جيد ونفسيه و تجي تستفسر منه و يتضايق منك سيبتهم و مشيت محلات مقلة للبصريات ثاني محل للمها أتعرض له لنفس الموقف و اسعارهم مبالغ فيها جدا

I gave my dasughter subscription on 28/09/2020. I recieved the message but there was no glass. One of employees is really have an extreme negative and bad attitude. Now till date i did not recieve the glasses. I will escalate the issue to all concerned parties including insurance. I will stop dealing with Al Maha. I do not recommend it for any costumer
