However Sales representatives are Naive. don't expect anything but disappointment.
Jeddah, Kilo 5 and Tahlia branch, I have had the same experience.
My suggestions. Go for Red-sea online for order placement. You can visit branch to get an idea about product quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. No maintenance work for refrigerators. Spent 12 days calling without response. They say they don't have big trucks to take from my home. Toshiba refrigerator. Don't know what to do. Stay away, they can deliver but they can't service if it breaks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay this brach got more variety than others and staff was definitely helpful here as compared to my experience in their Prince saud al faisal branch.
I think they need more training in customer service in prince saud al faisal branch as they might have had what i wanted and i as a customer was reluctant and they were reluctant so i didnt bothered them and left the branch. Food for thought for the executive management.

They might lure you in with discounts, but service center is a total mess and a rip off. Being located on Makkah road with impossible working hours and unfriendly staff, so good luck getting anything fixed there.
I bought a Bosch vacuum cleaner from them for SR 500 and the battery died after 1 year. Took it to the "service center" to get a battery replacement. They insisted on doing a "check" on the device for SR 115 then came back and told me "guess what, the battery is dead!!" DUH.. then asked for SR 700 for the battery, which is far more expensive than the price of the device INCLUDING THE BATTERY!
The place is a rip off.. and not even doing it smartly enough.. please avoid at all costs!
