★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All appliances and accessories you might need for your home and yourself is at one place and at best price you could avail. The ordered goods gets delivered in about 3 days from the day you had paid, the billing system are fast, there are wide range for selection available for most of the product. It is located in a prime area and makes it easily accessible for customers. The customer support department is the only downside, when you want to talk to someone regarding a product you had purchased which ain't working as it is supposed to be, be prepared to wait for 90 mins at least. The response is toooooooo slow and even if there is no other customer waiting in this queue, still the keep pointing fingers after a long wait. So if you are going to opt for extra customer service cards, be aware, it might be a painful experience you are waiting to face

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on, I'm really sad for the low level of customer service in this retailer tycoon EXTRA ?
I'm visiting the store in non-peak time it was almost myself and another customer in the whole store and I was looking for a mobile to by immediately for top urgent
The guy was sticking behind the customer service counter and didn't approach me, another girl in same place was fighting with a different guy
After selecting the model they told me no stock availability, and didn't try to offer other available model
I left them and went to buy from other place
If Extra continued like this will die within 3 - 5 years

Some times you will get a product on unbelievable price.
Like i have purchased a LG Monitor here on offer price of 579SAR while in the market it is available for 1300+ SAR

He is very helpful.i asked him to reserve me the phone i want and when the item arrived he immediately inform me... Faisal (vivo phone representative) need to get a raise on his salary or promoted. He is very professional. And all staff are very nice. Thanks again! I will surely buy other stuff from your shop again.
