Variety of home appliances and LED TV available there. You just wish and think! you will get the items as per your need accordingly.. Amazing showroom by Abdul Latif Jamil (Toshiba, Sharp, White westing house, westing house, Bosch, Electrolux, Dora, Rheem, etc). Nice staff specially Muneeb and noman in showroom.

Worst customer service i had ever seen. They are not motivated to sell anything or convince you to buy something. I asked them for a cooler which they gad ob display and they told me to go and check in another branch since they do not have it here. After ling talks i managed to convince them that they are supposed to order it for me instead of my driving to another branch. All what u can say thay they are careless and i give this branch a matter of max 2 years before they go out if business.

i had a very bad experience with my purchase of a food processor which i bought from your website. its main functions are not operable for at least 3 months , no support from your Service Center.. i chose you because i was trusting your service after sale but now it turned to be a big frustration. You promise for a good service in your website but you did not mention that your Service Center covers only some of the brands that you sell. For example for PHILIPS your service center doesn't provide any support. i am sorry to say that but this is a cheating , when your promise you dont tell that our service extends to SOME BRANDS ONLY!. 2 times i visited your Service Center in Riyad, then King Abdullah branch, it took for me couple of days to find out how to get service. finally they guided me to Best Arabian Trading Co , I went there , spare part was not available that time, i paid part of the price for order and they promised to provide within 3 weeks but now it has been 51 days , wtill waiting for the spare part.. i am writing you thinking that you may have interested to fix a bad experience and you should also monitor your contractor Best Arabian , how they give service most important you should clearly mention that your Service Center provide support some brands only, if you want to make your business HALAL!!

Very bad post sales service. I bought a deep freezer 1.5 yrs back. Compressor went down so i called them as equipment is still under warranty. The technician came with part after 3 weeks and replaced it in my house. After 7 days, freezer is down again. I am frustrated with their customer support

Post sales service is terrible. Have absurd refund policies, which are not written any where. Staff behaves as if they are giving you a favour by talking to you

Never ever buy anything from these stores brought tv and within 2 months shutdown automatically Customer service is a joke really last 2 months following up every day nothing done only reply technician will contact you asap Big mistake
