كان الإستقبال مميزا وخلال دقائق تم تسجيل بياناتي وأخذ المسحة
وبعد ساعة ونص وردتني النتيجة على الجوال
كل الشكر والتقدير على التعامل والاحترافية والإنجاز وخصوصاً من الموظفة ساره
وبالتوفيق
 I came to the lab at five in the evening for a corona test
The reception was special, and within minutes my details were recorded and the swab was taken
After an hour and a half, I received the result on my mobile
All thanks and appreciation for the treatment, professionalism and achievement, especially from the employee Sarah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع الاسف الشديد من صلاة المغرب الى صلاة العشاء اتصل على الرقم في الموقع وما احد يرد ؟؟؟!
علماً ان جميع المختبرات ترد من اول اتصال
المركز يحتاج الى ادارة ومتابعة قوية السوق فيه منافسين وعلى قدر كبير من الكفاءة والإنجاز

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا : خدمة عملاء نايمين تدق محد يرد وكمان ترسل واتس ما عندك احد !!!
ثانيا : تاخرو عليه في اظهار النتائج قالولي بعد 12 ساعة كملت 24 ساعة والى الان ما اظهرو النتائج كذابين
لا انصح احد يروح عندهم تخسر فلوسك بالفاضي لا احترام للعميل وكمان ما يعطونك النتائج !!!!
شعارهم انت تهتم ونحن نهتم انصح المالك بتغييره الى ( انت تستهم ونحن ما درينا عنك )
First: Naemin customer service knocks, no one answers, and also sends WhatsApp, you don't have anyone!!!
Second: They were late in showing the results. They told me after 12 hours that 24 hours have passed and so far they have not shown the results as liars.
I do not advise anyone to go to them to lose your money in empty space, no respect for the customer and also they do not give you results!!!!
Their motto: You care and we care. I advise the owner to change it to (You care and we don’t know about you)
