★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! I called in advance to confirm they could perform my laboratory tests, was told yes. Then, after arriving was told they needed help with the system. I waited all morning and still have not had my necessary tests done. This is the only lab around that can do it but they are so unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabrication to the discount price from one to another staff. First said 150 SAR after discount and in the same time another staff said 200SAR after discount and I phone call the company and they are making an excuse to their employees unfortunately :(
