Dr. Aswathy is an excellent dentist available there. She is very much patient friendly and experienced. She cleared all my dental issues.

not like other clinics or hospital when you came out from doctors room straight to pharmacy, but here you have to wait for approval your medicine receipt, it's take 10 to 30 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had Very bad experience with staffs of Al Rayan receptionist and cash counter person. Every time i call Al Rayan Tel. line number asking for Availability of the doctors they provide me only the wrong information, there are some reputed doctors are there like Dr. Thambhi... because of these doctors I visiting for Al Rayan clinics.... unprofessional management staffs, not give correct information of Doctors arriving and appointment time.
I called this noon at 12Pm checking about the availability of Dr.Thambhi and they said to me come at 7Pm in the evening and they refused to take appointment through the Phone, and I visit al Rayan clinics at 6:30Pm and they said today appointment booked and refused to take my appointment.
And I went operating Manager Mr.George and I explain all the above details then he spoke to Doctor and accept for my child appointment then Mr.George came with me to make appointment with cash counter person I think his name Faisal he refused and ask me to come after 9PM to provide me the appointment.
I cant wait more time because of my child not able to stand so I went to another clinics to checkup.
Personally I felt the management staffs are not professional and not friendly with visitors of their clinics, Al Rayan management should give proper training to their management staffs.

Doctors are mostly Indian and Pakistani... Good & easy way to communicate...
Parking is very tough and always issue.
And for further analysis or big treatment better go for hospitals...here only initial treatment...
