I am calling since 2 days. Always it says "currently all lines are busy" or "we are not available at the moment" or bla bla bla. Not reachable over the phone at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sadia Farooq ginacologist has no experience to dignosis and has no manners to treat the patients. She is not coperative with patients. She doesn't know how to declare and inform clearly about problem or disease to the patients. She is doing duty as formality. I am not satisfied to Dr sadia Farook.

But we have complaint about ultrasound, if Female patient are available should be female doctor have to check her. Not a male doctors, all ladies are not feeling comfortable.
Management have to take action and improve there hospital quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the top management of the facility, it does not feel good to have my blood pressure (assessment area) in public areas while every one is looking, also you shall find a solution for the pest control I have counted more than 50 flies it is very irritating and may cause cross contamination as it can act as a mediam.

I have visited this hospital Dr.Balachandar (GP) room no : 09 and room : 02 one kerala lady both was behaving like very horrible.they are the worst behaviour peoples i had ever seen. I was been hurted to the core.
Request for the hospital management:
Please give councelling for the doctors and colleagues how should have been behaved to patients like patience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. abdul samad is one of the best pediatric doctor in riyadh in Abeer shumaisy branch. He deserves five stars.
But zero star for pharmacy supply chain / procurement management, I never got all medicines from abeer clinic and always got referrals to other pharmacies. Pharmacy is always out of stock for basic medicines some are mentioned below.
1- fevadol suppository.
2-adol
3- pulmicort (nebulize solution)
4-ventolin (nebulize solution)
5-Dilanyl
6-Fenistil
7-Amistop
Please it is requested to management to take care of your inhouse medicines stock in order to avoid bad patients experience and difficulties in reaching out to reffered clinics. thanks.
