★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was rudely surprised to fund the room allotted to me in this state as shown in the photographs when I was checked in this noon in 14Dec'21.
I was informed it will be cleaned and set right when I went out for work around 1pm & when ai came back to the room at 6pm, the room was in the same uncleaned state as the photos show.
Then with repeated request, I was changed to a different and cleaned room ( but in a smoking zone).
I have been travelling in the region since 2003 & this is the very 1st such sad/bad experience 1st time !
Hope not to repeat this stay experience with the Ramada Wyndham group..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Ramada. I landed from Dubai. The reception guy named Mohammad couldn't find my booking, despite showing it. He was highly unprofessional,couldn't communicate in English. I search my name on his computer. He made me wait for 45 mins on the reception. At 2 am when I was sleeping, he called me to come down and sign the credit card receipt, I told I am sleeping, he told he'll come up, I told him to bring his manager so he hung up. The hotel is asking for money for additional bottle of small water. Why you are charging SAR 450 when you can't afford SAR 1 bottle. Hotel in bad condition and smell in the room. I'll avoid the hotel at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good place plus kind of soup and salad is fresh ,also sambosa .staf they are friendly, but i prefer glass cup more then plastic , arabic cofe it was not enough with capacity of table. And juice isn’t fresh .I recommend depended on price and offers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has all the amenities. The rooms are ample and comfortable. The view is very good. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is excellent.
Delicious food was been served and there are end number of options too in banquet for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Good service. Having stayed on the 5 stars several times, this is a very good option and mostly convenient for a layover there.
Overall a good experience staying there .
