فيه ملاحظة للي يحب الهدوء فانها نوعا ما غير مناسبة لوجود صوت السيارات والمفحطين ليلا
 The apartments are clean and attentive and the services are sweet
It is a note to me who loves calm, it is somewhat unsuitable for the presence of the sound of the cars and the depressed at night

Bad apartment and cleanliness for you on it and at the same price I found something better, more beautiful and much cleaner

It is OK, but without paintings for the apartments, on the street, a sign, and the window is broken ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاباس به يعيبه التدخين في كل مكان مع وجود لائحة عدم التدخين بجانب المصعد. من الشباك تأتي رائحة من الشقق المجاورة تأتي رائحة السجائر مع السماح بالتدخين من قبل ادارة الشقق ووجود الطفايات الخاصه بالسجائر . لا يوجد خدمه من الشقق ابدا غير الماء لا يوجد فوط للاستحمام ولا ملحقات دورات المياه النظافه لك عليها لا يوجد خدمات قريبه من الشقق صيدليه مغسله مطعم بقاله ابدا واجهة الشقق المدخل غير مرتبه .
It's okay, there is no smoking anywhere with a no smoking list next to the lift.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . From the window, the smell of the neighboring apartments comes from the smell of cigarettes, with smoking allowed by the management of the apartments and the presence of ashtrays for cigarettes. There is never any service from the apartments other than the water. There are no bathing towels or toilet accessories. The cleanliness for you on them. There are no services close to the apartments. A pharmacy, a laundry, a grocery store, never. The front of the apartments, the entrance, is untidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just passed by this hotel and we need a place to stay overnight so we asked if there is an available room and asked about the price. it was affordable and checked the room. we took the room even if its not worth the price coz we are already tired. the room is not nice, looks dirty to me, linens are old, some lights are broken, you can hear the noise outside the room. the staff are nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hotel. Lot of parking space. A little bit costly. Single bedroom they told me SAR 140. One bed room with living room cost me SAR 180. One should necessarily bargain at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to stay here for a week and opted for the one bedroom flat(separate room for the living area and bedroom)... The place is clean... If you plan to stay here for a couple of days i advise to bring your own cutelry, plates and pans because it is not available in the room... The pan and kettle provided in the kitchen were ENORMOUS... Very accommodating and nice staffs... Sometimes you can haggle for the price in the reception... They have 3 room options; a studio type, a one bedroom flat and two bedroom flat.. To all the staffs, thanks for the nice experience we had here...
