★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه سيئ جداً جداً جداً وتعامل الموظف سيئ جدا علما ان الاستقبال اجنبي يمني وتعامله سيئ واسلوبه منرفز جداً ولا انصح في الشقق جداً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيت سكنت فيها بحسب رأي قريب لنا سبق ويكن فيها ومدحها لنا ، وصراحة سكنا فيها مرتين ، المره الأولى سكنا في شقة غير الدور الأرضي مدري أي دور كان بيننا وبينا الشقه اللي جنبنا باب ، ولكن الباب هذا يطل على ممر بين الشقتين والباب اللي جهتنا مقفل واللي جهة الشقه اللي جنبنا مقفل وحاطين دولاب الملابس عليه فصراحة ما حسيت بأي ازعاج أو أصوات !! لكن اضطرينا نطلبهم يغيرون لنا الشقه بسبب النمل وفعلاً ما قصروا وفروا لنا شقه نظيفه ما فيها أي حشرة ،والمره الثانيه سكنا في الدور الأرضي وما كان فيها مطبخ ، فبعض الشقق فيها مطبخ وبعضها لا بس وصلة رخام ودرجين فلما تجي تحجز اختار اذا تبغى بمطبخ أو مو مهم المطبخ،
بالنسبة لمميزات الشقق هذي :
الأسعار مناسبة
نظيفة
الموظفين خدومين مع اننا ما كنا نحتاجهم كثير صراحة
وأكثر شي حسسنا بالراحة ان الموظفين مو مزعجين أبداً ، حتى لما سكنا في الدور الأرضي ما كنت أسمع أصواتهم
من خلال تجربتي جوينا كاستل دائماً وجهتنا ، وأقترح وأتمنى ان يكون فيه صيانة دورية على الحمّامات ، ختاماً شكرا لمالك وفريق عمل جوينا كاستل??
