★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت من متجرهم الالكتروني بروتين بنكهة الشوكولاتة وجاتني نكهة ثانية، تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء على الواتس قال ايه مخلصة وحطينا نكهة ثانية قلت ما ناسبني وعليها الى الحين ما رد.
آخر مرة نتعامل معهم ان شاء الله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء محل اتعاملت معها طلبت منتج بنكهه معين وصلني غير اللي طلبته وابلغهم يقوله مانقدر نفيدك فتحتي المنتج اقوله مو غلطتي غلطت الموظف يقول لا غلطتك انتي ماشفتي المنتج عادي خلي موجود او اعرضي علي مدربك يعرضه علي اي احد الكل يبغي شكولاته اقوله عندي حساسيه يقولي خلي مده انتهاء بعيده واطلب ثاني من الموقع دايما يصير اخطاء لما نطلب من الواتس اب مدام كذا فاتحين الطلب بالواتس اب ٣٥٠ ريال الطلب ومارح استفيد منه وكمان تعاملهم مافي اي رقي
