I reached a full deal with the Compound manager after a two hour tour and discussion.
I was waiting the written contract to proceed
Next morning, i was calling him to send it to me, he tole me a company took all the remanning units.
Such behavior is extremely bad and harmful for expats seeking to settle.
I don't recommend dealing with them.

Underground parking for each apartment. Guards are nice and 24/7 available. Maintenance team are responsive.
There is two pools outdoor and indoor, acceptable gym.
They have one, two and three bed rooms option and all the bed room is master.
