★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمات الصيانة وخدمة العملاء في رادو هي الأسوأ بلا منازع.. ما في احد يرد على تلفونات الفروع ولو جيتهم الفرع اوقات الصيانه طويلة وبعض الاحيان القطع غير متوفره وتأخذ شهرين الطلبيه من سويسرا او موجوده في جدة أو أي فرع ثاني ولازم تروح لفرع جدة؟؟ اما فرع أبها حكاية ماعندهم صيانه ويرسلون الساعة مباشره لجدة وتأخذ الصيانة شهرين ?... والله كلام فاضي وضيعت وقتي معاكم

No one answers the phones of the branches, even if the branch comes to them, the maintenance times are long and sometimes the parts are not available and it takes two months to order from Switzerland or is located in Jeddah or any other branch and you have to go to the Jeddah branch?? As for the Abha branch, it is a story that they do not have maintenance, and they send the watch directly to Jeddah, and the maintenance takes two months ?... I swear to God, I wasted my time with you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف هناك تسيب وتأخير في حضور الموظفين حيث تمت الزياره يوم الاربعاء الموافق ٧/٧/٢٠٢١ الساعه التاسعه صباحاً لإصلاح ساعتي ولم يأتي المهندسين بعد ما عدا حارس الأمن اين المسؤولين !!!

الصيانة تأخذ وقت طويل..
ماقبل الصيانة اي مدة الكشف تستغرق اكثر من يومين أسعار مرتفعه تكلفة الإصلاح أكثر من قيمة الساعة..
