I bought a Tissot heritage Porto watch in Dubai and in 2 days i noticed that watch stops every day at 6.20. Next day i came back to Riyadh and staight away found at Tissot website 3 addresses of autorised service points in Riyadh. At the 1st Address (when i came there) i was told that after quorantine only 1 service point is left (exectly the one here).
Ok... I had to go through the whole city to Al Ghazali Trading Company. They took my watch, i gave them a warranty card and went away.
Next tuesday i was there, took the watch and went home. There i realised that hands are not alined ?♂️ wednesday i returned watch to service and wss promised everything will be done in a few days.
Again next tuesday I'm comming to service centre but... stucked in a truffic (service is working till 5pm!). I understand that probubly will be late and decided to call on a service line. And! No one there speaks English, i was bagging to wait for me 5 minutes longer but... the only answer i got was "no English, 5 close".
Luckily taxy driver was fast and i was at Al Ghazali at 4.55 pm BUT!!! What i saw people are leaving already and no one wanted just give me a watch!!!!
Next day! I took the watch, put it on the wrist, go to work... Few hours after... And... I noticed that minutes hand IS OFF!!!??? IT HAS FALLEN OUT (you will see on a pictures).
Wednesday I'm back to service at 4.55 and again people are leaving!!! ?♂️?♂️
Thanx god there were 2 gentlmen who listened to all my maddnes, promised to fix everything till next week.
Finally i took back the watch in a proper condition after all this stuggling.
Thanx to Mr. Jacob, he was the only one who really helped.
And for the end i was trying to reach by the phone a manager of the tissot service mr. Abdullah (well i was told that he is a manager) so he just dropped my call?.
So that is the level of the local customer service and responsibility.

Branded Watch shop. Rado, Tissost, Centina, Hamilton and other few brands are available. Behind this shop they have service centre. Ask for offer, some time you will get good price
