Radisson Hotel Riyadh Airport - King Khalid International Airport

LOVED the place and very much appreciated the attention given by the personnel under Chris Pike and Andy, who are doing a wonderful and extraordinary job!!!... Would also like to mention the gentle and professional people whom we were lucky to deal & always took good care of us; Thank you to: Samir, Oscar, Ranzeem, Sayid, Ruja, Umer, Rachid, Namda, Marina at Kitchen... Mustafa & Ahmad at Gym Xaquill & Lochman with the room service & Ali, Sarah & Aseed at reception... Especial THANKS to GREAT people such as: Prospher, Abynash & Byjaja. Please let the people whom I've forgotten the names forgive me as there many other wonderful people. I was none the less surprised & disappointed on the customer service of General Radisson customer service (nothing to do with the hotel) for their poor and careless attention. If it hadn't been for them, everything to do with the Radisson Airport hotel in Riyadh, would of been perfect.

This is a new hotel about 7 minutes from the airport. It has a compound style setup. That means there is a central building with the facilities for check-in, concierge, restaurant, coffee shop and I guess the gym. The outside pool is there too. However, there are no rooms in the main building. They are spread around in separate buildings around the main building and a golf car will take you and your luggage there. You may need to walk a few minutes outside to return to the main building. I was just accriss the street. There is ample parking in front of the guest buildings if you are coming with a car. I booked a larger room that had a generous balcony and the windows open. This is a rather unusual feature. (And you may not want that during the hot months). The free airport shuttle is only for trips to the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from the mall. See picture with current timings. It is very quiet because it is in the middle of nowhere. So there is nowhere outside the gated area to walk to. I chose this hotel as I had a few days to work from the hotel room, only one day to go into town and a very early departure. So room size was key. The one restaurant will ensure you will not die of hunger and it does have some nice choices. I am just enjoying a watermelon and feta salad. The rooms are new and great. Lighting is good, wooden style floor. The room has UK style mains plugs and ample USB-A charging spots. There is a little of a Scandinavian feel as it covers the essentials in a minimal and eco-friendly way. Ie bathroom supplies are fixed, refillable and wall mounted but there are no cotton buds. The difference maybe between just Radisson and Radisson Blu. The bed, feathered pillows, duvet and bedlinen are great. The Nespresso machine in my room was the business version, not the capsules. There was an empty fridge for own supplies. The internet was reliable. Remember you need a V.N to use WhatsApp calls etc. TV has Chrome cast so you can easily link your mobile to the screen to cast Netflix. You can also connect the TV via HDMI (bring your own cable) to extend you computer screen. All in all a very good experience.

This place is amazing no like other in the world I stayed in four sessions and many 5 stars hotels But nothing like this one Is perfect in every way Staff /service / rooms/ food/ If I can do 10 stars I would Best place I ever stayed in my life time ❤️

Hi ? Wonderful place to stay in ♥️ I’ve really enjoyed my time with my friends there. I’ve also tried the swimming pool it’s amazing ? Also they have a delicious Turkish coffee ☕️. I would like to say thank you for Mr. Demrdash for his amazing costumer service ♥️

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were tidy and good. In a nutshell everything was good but one issue was net the telephone wasn't working so it was really hard to order home service. It was a pleasant experience.

If I can rate it more than 5 stars I would like to but 1004848483938848 stars. Very good reception, staff , tools , clean , claim and quiet atmosphere, nice lobby. Very quick response. Big areas for parking. I will come back again and again. The only disadvantage thing is it is away form big Mosque for Jumaa and supermarkets. Although there is very mice and clean Mosque

The hotel is nice and rooms very smart/spacious. However, the restaurant service was absolutely terrible and ruined our stay. Firstly the waiter did not know the menu so could not assist with ordering, then lots of items were not available. After an hour of waiting only half the food was delivered (we were a group of 8). During this hour there was no service and the waiters hid away in the kitchen. I eventually called the duty manager to complain and then some food arrived. However, mine was cold and another very dry and some items never actually arrived. We won’t use this hotel again. Poor service and bad food.

One of the most prestigious hotels. Super friendly staff. Hotel facilities are optimum; capacious open swimming pool, indoor pools (men section and female sectio), jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam and Gym for free. Breakfast and dinner have many varieties and really delicious. Sure you become my first choice ❤️
