★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is located in the outskirts of north Riyadh near king Salman road. This is not an ideal place for the People visiting Riyadh for the first time. There aren't any good restaurants nearby. Apartment doesn't offer any room services as well.
Hotel is economically priced for the amenities that are provided. Ideal for people on overnight corporate trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a very budget hotel for staying two nights near to airport and found this one. It was just an awesome experience. They upgraded my room to a complete suite as well free of cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hit or miss depending on the room. The rate is not really competitive versus other offerings in the area. It's really only the best choice if you need to stay overnight to catch an early morning flight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is close to the airport. Reasonably priced but no service at all. Noicy, my neighbors a family with a out of control kid until midnight. For one night if you go early morning to the airport acceptable.

Very poorly maintained and pretty much daylight robbery
