★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are hear expecting DESI taste then you are in a wrong place , as this serves to Saudi Pallet and non spicy food , Expensive and we had to wait for almost 25 minutes to get our food onto the table . Food is good if you want to try the middle eastern cuisine. Nothing great !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very disrespectful!!!! We are still eating and they're knocking on the door to think that it is still 7pm. Then after we finished eating we asked them which door is the exit and then they said it's the back door then it's closed and we came back to them and all of them were laughing. Really bad customer service and the food is not that great even the fries are cold and the kebab are hard. Really not worth it. They don't even deserve one star but it's not in the option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is kind of good , but the prices are expensive and the service is bad you have too wait almost 30 minutes to find a table and wait another 90 minutes or more for your order and they bring one dish at a time and you have to keep reminding them about spoons , plates ... etc. Also the parking spaces are a problem. They need more chefs and servers and they need to teach them how to deal with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the finest restaurant in Abha region. But the problem is limited space for family. I waited almost an hour to get into restaurant and inside again there are family cabins limited max I think 34 or 35 perhaps (not sure) better keep in mind.
Food is fantastic prices are average so you get the award after all :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Location was good but the rooms and bathrooms are no clean and it is required a proper maintenance.
There is no door locks in the rooms at all when we asked to fix them , staff services said this is the system of hotel.!!
Exhaust fan was not working in bathroom which increased the bad smell.
In general, Service is very poor no one will come to serve you even if you are asking for it.staff are not welcomed that much the visitors.they must be trained how to deal and serve the people.
