1/ Mathlutha مثلوثة( a trifle of three main dishes جريش jareesh, رز basmati rice and قرصانGersan) toped with your choice of meet or chicken
2/ lamp Haneeth حنيذ لحم( a rosted lamb made in a meefa - a duged up hole for cooking- ) it comes with rice.
3/ edam ايدام ( a vegetable stew in lamb brauth).
4/ madby مظبي دجاج ( a charcoal rosted chicken).
