★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to cancel my membership for the following reasons:
1st they don't have the abducter and adductor machines.
2nd you're not allowed to drink your personal drink (coffee - pre-workout) during your session, but can drink what ever they sell during your workout.
3rd you're not allowed to do a squat barefoot and the security will ruin your workout if god forbid your not wearing your shoe.
4th security attitude is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting.
5th many clients don't care about personal hygiene and staff don't seem to be bothered by it, I guess reasonable prices attract the worst of clients!
6th Most of the machines weights are not accurate what so ever!
7th When I contacted the costumer services through what's app, they didn't even acknowledged my complaint and just replied on the method of membership cancelation.
8th Bathrooms smells horrible.

Ps. Your reply to my feedback does not address the issues I mentioned above.
I will not leave any notes in your box, I already sent my concerns on google and your team should follow up. And if I could know his/her working hours, I'd be more than glad to discuss it with them in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good facilities and effective training sessions. Especially the training sessions from Mr. George is with mentioning. You won't regret joining with the available facilities here , but can't find many helping minds here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipment-wise you get a lot of bang for your buck but the staff are an enormous letdown.
My one-star review is due primarily to one particularly rude trainer who lacks any customer service skills and appears to think you should be very grateful you were even allowed in through their decontamination booth-like doors. Other users have commented on this staffing issue so it is clearly a problem.
That said, another trainer is polite and helpful but the remaining staff, from cleaner to trainer, are clearly there for procrastination or their own training, and will react negatively should you do anything to interrupt their work/nap/lounge.
