For the gym itself, fully equipped with good machines, the classes are good in variety and timing but no one checking if you really registered via the app or not ?
The trainer usually taking care of the person with personal trainer subscription..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainers are useless, they sell you so much BS when you wanna subscribe and never end up fulfilling it post payment. Gym closes at 10pm but based on the receptionist and her mood you may not be allowed to enter the gym after 9:15. Some days they’re operating till 10pm and other days they’re closing the lights from 9:45 acting like we’re here making them work overtime. The lifeguard is useless, the sauna and steam room are always off, and they cancel or postpone classes as they please with no respect for the customers time. The equipment is the only good thing about this branch as there is a huge variety

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving them 2 stars because the team at this location is really awful. They burn bukhoor in the trainer’s office, the heat is hit or miss with the sauna, which sometimes is off altogether, and they will tell you they’re closed after 9:30, once I insisted, one of the trainers started yelling for everyone to leave and they turned the lights off. The management NEEDS to really get their employees in line, we are customers and the prices are exorbitant.
If it were not for being one of the best buildings and equipment in all of the four that I’ve been to, they would get zero.
The best and ONLY trainer who has ever been remotely helpful at this location is Sara, MASHALLAH she is so nice and helpful with making sure people are using the equipment properly. The other trainers need to follow her example and treat their customers like they’re customers, not like The others who treat me like they’re doing me a favor!
