The new coach with red hair is very helpful and caring and she keeps an eye on people who train in a wrong way so she warns them in order to prevent injuries??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this gym, all the facilities are available and you get free water refills, its great. just wish they had some system to limit the number of people actually IN the gym. Also the personal trainers were interactive in the first week of opening and not so much now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym itself so big & bright different cardio & strength machines & very clean . but & its big but the coaches there annoying they literally will chase around & interrupting my workout just to tell me return the things or asking who used these things it’s annoying . One of the coaches asked to stop working out on the fan cycle cuz she have a yoga class its not appropriate to even asking that ... the coaches need to chill out
