★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lunch in this branch and when finished went to wash my hands which wasn't a problem, then I wanted to use the toilet to discover that the doors was locked in all toilets. I asked the cashier and he said they locked all toilets doors because there is no running water !! Clearly he is lying otherwise how did I wash my hand then !?
Reading the reviews, I found Similar reviews about locking toilets doors in this branch and clearly Herfi is doing nothing about it ?

The treatment of the staff are too taf
Need to use a toilet after i had food and long time driving the toilet door was locked claiming that out of order
I ask for fries without salt I received a salty fries he said i did not put salt please see picture
I ask for mayonnaise he answer me in bad way we don’t have
Frankly i just lost my money there i did not enjoy it like before
Oil smell all around
Staff not friendly
I ask for full ice cup the staff doesn’t like me
On the way out i said thank you to all staff no one answer me
