بالصراحه قد تفاجاءت في زيارتي الاخيره بتحسن كبير في المتجر من البضاعه والموديلات و من الترتيب والتنظيم واسلوب موظفين تغير جدا علما اني زيارتي الاخيره كانت قبل 4 اشهر
ولم اكن سعيد فيها
احببت اشكر مديرتهم واقيم مارايته فانتم تستحقون 5 نجمات تعامل جميل ابتسامه اسلوب شخصيه رائعة تسهل للعميل كافة سبل راحه متواضعه الموظفين ايضا تغيرو موقف الي صار لي تعاونهم معايا في اختيار الموديلات ومساعدتي وانا رجل تعجبت امس في قمة الزحمه كيف كانت تشجع موظفينها وتضحكهم بالكلمات الفكاهيه احببت ان اعبر عن اعجابي بالذي رايته في المراءه السعوديه من تغيررات هنئا لنا لانكم بناتنا وفخر لنا

To be honest, I was surprised at my last visit, with a great improvement in the store, from merchandise and models, and from the arrangement, organization, and style of employees, which changed very much, knowing that my last visit was 4 months ago.
And I was not happy with it
I like to thank their manager and hold his opinion, you deserve 5 stars, a beautiful deal, a smile, a wonderful personal style, that facilitates the customer all the modest comfort, the staff also changed the position to which I had their cooperation with me in choosing models and help me. Express my admiration for what I saw in the Saudi women’s changes, congratulating us for being our daughters and our pride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحة لكل شخص معاه اطفال لايدخل هذا المحل لأن الموظفين الي فيه قالبينه استراحة عندهم تسمع الفاظ ما ابالغ لو اقول حتى في الحواري ما تسمعها وثاني شي جيت ابغى مقاس لجزمة الله يكرمكم لقيت الاخ قاعد يكلم بنت موظفة في قسم النساء ولما كلمته قالي دقيقة واستأذن منها حسسني اني خربت عليه الموعد ? ، فعلاً بعض الناس ما يستحقوا وضائفهم .
(حطيت نجمة وحدة بس عشان جودة الملابس عالية وسعرها متوسط)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريت بلوزه مخفظه وماطلعت مزبوطه وجيت ابدلها بعد ٤ ايام ومارضيو يقولون انتهى المده ..يعني انا كعميل ماسمحلي الوقت ارجعها الا هذا اليوم واستبدلها ...البلوزه ب٧٥ وحتجلس في الدولاب بدون اي فايده ...اخر مرا حدخل هذا المحل لو توصل التخفيضات ١٠٠ في ١٠٠ ..مافيه اي تقدير للعميل ..غير الموظفات النفسيه ...نجمه وحده بس عشان اقدر اشارك والا بدون نجمه
I bought a loose blouse and it didn't come out right and I came to replace it after 4 days and my patients say the time has expired..I mean, as a customer, I don't have time to return it until this day and replace it...the blouse is for 75 and sits in the cupboard without any benefit...the last time I entered this store if the sale reached 100 in 100..there is no appreciation for the customer..other than the psychological staff...one star, but so that I can participate, or without a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont even provide fitting rooms, even though they have them. When i asked, the employees said we dont have enough employees to be able to let the customers use it….such a lame excuse. A company like pull and bear couldnt provide the simplest job ever….i will never step foot into their shop ever again.
