★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love to eat in Charleys and i have noticed today, they are serving provolone cheese with their sandwiches as stated on the menu.
However when I received my order was the taste was just normal as if im eating normal processed cheese, so i checked back with the store staff and showed me the cheese which was as I expected processed normal burger cheese and NOT provolone.
Even though the staff stated its provolone, I strongly believe they don’t know its even provolone or not.
I felt cheated, and shame on Charleys brand to have such unprofessional approach to display something and serve something else, even though im sure their new price increased for that reason
I expect immediate action from Charleys as i will escalate this issue with the authorities for such i call it “fraud”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tastes good, food is fresh, but the service is a bit slow, quantity of the beef in the sandwich is very limited, size of sandwich is small. NOT value for money. More beef in the sandwich, bigger sizes would be great and would meet its prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat quality not bad and the bread, also the cheese which uses. Its need to be improved in order to make a unique tasty sandwiches. I suggest to use Pepsi bottles instead of the machine especially for home delivery.

-Jalapeño Fries for 14sar is just too SMALL and serve for only one person !! ??
-Jalapeño Fries were not even HOT !! ??
-??♂️ And how come they advertise worlds #1 Philly Cheesestake ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food's good but may i suggest for your sisig bowls not to be too sour . Tried Sisig bowl in Red Sea Mall and Sisigs not like this and much better to switch from sour pickles to lemon because it ruins the essence of sisig taste. Much better if it will be like that .

For the same price you could get a 12 inch subway sandwich which is far more better.
But overall I would eat there every once in a while.

Those are two main, signature orders and they didn’t have it.I Wonder why they are open…”not to mention that this store is located in an extremely busy mall which makes you wonder how can you not have one of your main selling points in this location”.
Also, avoid ordering online because the experience is far worse than you will ever expect..
