There are no air conditioners for a whole role without air conditioners for a long time, anyway, everyone!!!
As a continuation of the first floor, there are no air conditioners. You can imagine that the offices do not have windows, and above the air conditioners, there are no air conditioners for the entire floor. How do you want one to sit??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this place five stars because I simply love books and everything about it. But at the same time this place breaks my heart because it's completely empty of visitors and the carer of the place did not do renovations and repairs at all ever since the complete covid lockdown 3 years ago. Guy at the reception was extremely helpful and hospitable, and told me that this library is supposed to be transferred under the care of another ministry and that's why they don't do renovations at all.
It's painful watching all these books collecting dust and sitting abandoned in here. The whole time I was there no other visitor was there. Not a single one.
AC units aren't working in most rooms. They have lots of Arabic books, religious ones and children books. But the English section is severely lacking. There's also a digital library with computers but I'm not sure if internet connection is available.
I hope this place gets the renovation funding it needs to restore its previous glamour.
There's also an outdoor parking so you can come inside with your car. And since it's really quite it's a good place if you need to study.
Overall. If you're interested in comfort or a lively library this place is not for you. But if you're for nostalgia and quiet then please do come.
Hopefully if this place gets more visitors it will be taken care of again.
