★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياليت البلديه تراقب اظافر بائعي التميز والتنبيه عليهم دائما بقصها والمحافظه على جمالها ونظافتها .. لقيامهم بالتعامل مع العجين وتخريق بعض انواع التميز بواسطه الأصابع . والله اعلم
كذلك مع الأسف .. لا يوجد مواقف سيارات ؟ أمام محلات التميز ؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرن عيش التميز الاصل من بلاد .ماوراء النهر (بخارى) وكان التميز علي اصلوه ولكن تم اخذ الصنعه ولكن التميز تغير طعمه عن الاول من قبل اليمنه واصبح لهم بصمة فيه ثم دخل في الصنعه الأفغانيه والتيميز الان اصبح وجبه ريسيئه مع الفول او العدس واصبح من انواع الخبر الشعبي والمحلي وكنت اتذكر اربعه حبات تميز بريال ثم اصبح 2بريال ثم الان واحد بريال وكان لا يوجد الا تميز نوع و واحد فقط وهذا عند اليمنه فقط
وهو العادى واذا كنت تريد البسكويت او ابو سمن لازم تطلب من الليل او قبله بيوم ولكن البخاريه عندهم التميز العادي وابو البصل وابو السمن
والان هل يستطيع الشباب السعودى ان يحل بدل العماله الؤافدة التي تعمل في افران التميز التي تحتاج الي صبر ومواجهة النار والحرارة العاليه هل هم يستطيعون ان يتحملوا ذلك
