★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاباس به يحتاج للكثير من التعديل والتطوير ، واشوف انه غير مناسب لاقامة الحفلات المكان غير مهيئ كأني في صندقه كل شي ينهز وغير مثبت جيدا ومقاعد الجلوس ابدا غير مريحه وداخله في بعض ، يعني مثل الفنان الكبير محمد عبده اشوف انه عيب يجي يغني في مثل هالمكان !! فنان مثل فنان العرب المفروض يكون له مسرح فخم خاص باسمه وبجمهوره الكبييير .
It is okay and needs a lot of modification and development, and I see that it is not suitable for holding parties. The place is not prepared, as if I am in a box. Everything is shaking and not well fixed, and the seating is never comfortable and inside it in some, I mean, like the great artist Mohamed Abdo, I see that it is a shame that he comes to sing in such a place! ! An artist like the Arab artist is supposed to have a luxurious theater in his name and his large audience.

حالياً تتم فيه الحفلات الغنائية - و لكن المكان مهئء لمركز مؤتمرات او معارض عالمية.
حضرت فيه للمره الاولى حفل غنائي راقي جداً و مميز للفنان وائل مفوري و نانسي عجرم.
تنظيم و ترتيب و ضيافة ???♥️
