 The neighborhood needs asphalting most of the streets, lighting the inner neighborhood and the main streets, in addition to the presence of security patrols. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حي جديد و الخدمات قليلة للان و عواميد الانوار محطوطة لكن للان ما حطو اللمبات الشبكة سيئة جدا بالنسبة لي stc كباين الالياف ما وصلت للحي الفواصل ما بين الشوارع مافيها ارصفة
الحي يحتاج وقت حتى يكون من افضل الاحياء
A new neighborhood and services are few now and the lampposts are closed, but for now they did not put the lamps. The network is very bad for me, as stc has fiber cables. I did not reach the neighborhood, the dividers between the streets have no sidewalks
The neighborhood needs time to become one of the best neighborhoods

A beautiful and quiet neighborhood in the northeastern part of Jeddah, the Far East. Its atmosphere differs from Jeddah. Currently, most services are available nearby well-known landmarks, the University of Jeddah, the new car industry, the Equestrian Club.
It is 10 minutes from the Riyadh plan, 15 minutes from Taiba Al-Rehaily, and 20 minutes from Hamdaniya
