★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maintenance engineer Abdullah Alenzi was excellent and helpful. Phone system doesn't work whatsoever. No way to communicate with any porsche department unless you go there physically. Come on porsche management it's already 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 3rd maintenance, I told them clearly that there’s break sound especially with backward driving. The guy told me it’s most likely from the breaks and they will check it and replace it if needed for free since it’s included in the Maintenace package I bought with the car.
At afternoon I received a text telling me, my car is ready, when I asked about the reason of the break sound the answer was: only required cleaning and no need to replace/repair any thing.
Unfortunately from the second day the sound appeared again and to get a new appointment I need to wait since the nearest appointment one month (as per phone scheduling).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever … u have to wait 2 months for a service appointment which is a utter joke … and any small repairs and be prepared to keep ur car with them for months … taking a Porsche in Saudi Arabia is one of the biggest mistakes in my life .. so a word of advice don’t buy anything which u have to deal with samaco in Saudi Arabia
