if youโre planning on coming here and attempted to book online, make sure you get a confirmation email/message. Do not and I repeat do not take a confirmation phone call as a guarantee.
We got a confirmation phone call and agreed to the time/date. When we arrived we were told we did not have any confirmed booking, and when investigated further were told we booked the wrong day/time even though we confirmed the correct date/time over the phone.
I would have loved to compare this escape room, to the many others in Riyadh that Iโve had the pleasure of visiting. Especially since itโs price is a bit higher than average.
If youโre keen to visit I recommend you double check your booking and get a written confirmation beforehand.

Booked an escape room for a special occasion, online, received a confirmation call.
When we arrived they denied our booking and confirmation of date/time, very terrible customer service, they did not even provide us with a mere apology nor a compensation for Their mistake.
I would rate it below a one star for their delightful-Not reception.

โ โ โ โ โ We only hung out about the arcade which is lacking as the place isn't that big, the air hockey table needed internal cleaning which led to an unpleasant time. The place has a hydraulic driving rig with a bunch of games on it.

Quite a small room..
Electronic games + virtual reality games..
Electronic games are very expensive..
And there is a problem. If you repeat the pass of the card, the withdrawal from the balance of the card will continue.. This problem occurred with us and I found understanding from the supervisors.

Note: There is a small cafe and it serves very wonderful and luxurious coffee with a view.. A coffee that deserves a special visit for coffee aficionados.

โ โ โ โ โ An entertainment center for bigger kids with arcade games and VRs. There are three escape rooms but unfortunately we couldnโt get into one because all of them were fully booked. Its better to plan your visit and book your room online.
Staff are so friendly and the Hygienic measures to disinfect the consoles and gaming accessories are at the top (after each player).
Highly recommended for teenagers.
