I accomplished what I was supposed to do. My humongous thanks to all the staff who listened to me assisted me all the way. Thank Sirs Roel Raffy, Sir Vher Crisostomo and the reception guy stationed on the table outside bldg 5. My sincerest gratitude in guiding us. I commend you all for the good job.

I just renew may OWWA membership..it didnt take 5 minutes.. All you have to bring is a photocopy of your iqama, passport and owwa information sheet. They give you the ofw information sheet there to fill up. But its better if you have it before you came, you can download it in there website.. Less hassle, tjere just gonna check it, after that go inside and pay 94sr and a few seconds you can have your reciept... Thumbs up to all the people(kababayan) working there they're so accomodating and nice...

In 2 hours, passport renewal processing done, Alhamdulilah! No prior appointments needed. Came here at 9am; left at 11 am. Very organized. Only at the holding area did we wait for a long time - 1 hour. Understandable though for social distancing once inside. Courteous staff and patient to answer queries. Great! Thanks very much! And there's a courtesy lane for senior citizens and the expectant mothers - shows they do care! Mashallah.

The same mentality of the Filipino government employees, do not have exact vision in serving their own kind amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. They even don't have procedures to follow in their own respective designations.

Update your website from time to time. Your circular showed that Consulate were on holiday from May 1 - 8. We expect that the office was open on May 9 and surprisingly no services because of election and no advise on the website. Wasting time and transportation expenses. Review the process of passport releasing because they were making it so complicated. It took almost an hour on releasing side to allow limited people on the queue to get in while the weather temperature was high. I don't think this is the type of services that the Filipinos expect from you.

Before you depart, make sure that all necessary documents are with you, including a photocopy. There is no copy machine available at the site. Wear a face mask for your protection. No worry about foods and snacks since there's a lot of vendors outside the office. A car pool is also available to get you back home at a reasonable price compare to a regular taxi. Friendly staff will assist you with your business or whatever appointment you had. Cons: It is far enough from the city proper.

. Passport renewal processing is very quick , I finished mine for about 1 to 1.5hrs , just be early (1 or 2hrs before opening)because there is usually lines. (It will open 8am) . For easy processing just prepare the necessary documents ahead, like photo copy of passport, form (you can download online, but it's also available there) and 240 cash for passport renewal fee. . Bring ballpen also, to fill out the forms . Walk in is permitted , but it's better if you have online appointment they will give priority . If you're living away from jeddah you can have it delivered to you tru LBC/aramex . Staffs are friendly and approachable . Pinoy foods area available outside . If possible avoid rush/active days (like Sunday or Thursday) because there is usually long lines on that data (you'll fall in line outside, there are trees but some days were very hot, humid or worst sandstorm)

Very slow service, customer experience needs to be enhanced, some processes are disorganized and highly dependent on the knowledge of 1 or 2 individuals, lack of facilities such as clean chairs, sufficient tables, sanitary toilets, POS for online payments, POLO website and instructions not updated, lack of clear, unambiguous instructions. Rather they have a lot of bulletin boards that are dusty and not updated. Overall the experience was poor. Not a very good representation of the Philippines.
