All the Procedures are Pre Define.
In recent Past Year they Improved the Quality of work. You can Meet the Senior if it is a requirement of your document.
Passport Renewal Procedure is easy and you can complete the process within 15mins if yoi have all documents.
Same goes to NIC.
Parking is an issue there but eventually you can find it near by.
People may not know Enlish but can Speak Arabic and understand well.
After Zohar time Consulate is empty you can go and done your job within minitues.

The only thing we as visitors need to do is take with us proper documents, organise them as per the service required and it helps processing things swiftly and faster.
On Counslates part (although the website of Counslate provides a lot of information) constant upgradation and update of website needed.
