ا	ام راكان محمد on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دائما مشكل في تحديد الموعد وكل ما جيت احدد الموعد تقول مافي مسائي الى بعد 20 او اكثر عشان تخلي مواعيدي 12 الظهر وانا عندي اصلا مش معقول يحجزون الشهر كله مسائي وبعد يبدون بالصباحي هذا في حد ذاته عدم القدرة على تنظيم و ظبط المواعد المفروض يحجزون اليوم بالكامل بعدها يروحو لليوم لي بعده كل ما جيت احجز تقول المسائي محجوز ليه ولمن محجوز لزميلاتهن و معارفهم ولا وش الوضع شهر كله مسائي محجوز ولا يردون يخلونك كذا انطقي بس الموعد الاول يعطوك وجه اول ما تسحب الفلوس تبان عيوبهم There is always a problem in scheduling an appointment, and every time I come to make an appointment, it says, “I don’t have my evening until after 20 or more to make my appointments 12 noon.” They should book the whole day and then go to the day after me Whenever you come to book, you say the evening is booked for it and for whom is it reserved for their colleagues and acquaintances, or what is the situation for a month? D	Dina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعلمت درس منهم مو اي عرض نروحله عاملات الليزر ابد غير محترفات و تضرب الليزر عشوائي و مافي الا عاملة وحده تسويه كويس تقسم المناطق و قلت اوكي بصير احجز مع العاملة نفسها لدرجة صرت ارتبط بداومها متى يكون و أجل مواعيدي عشان العاملة ذي مدري وين كان عقلي يوم ارتبط بعامله وحده عشان قلة خبرات العاملات الاخريات بدال ما تكثرون اجهزه اختارو عاملاتكم بعناية اهم من الاجهزه و تم الاختلاف معهم بسبب لم يتم اعطائي اي خبر عن تغير شفت العاملة الي كنت اسوي معها و ضربت مشاوير بعيد عشان موعدي و أكدت على موظفة الاستقبال يتم الخدمة من العاملة ذي فقط و اجدول مواعيدي على دوامها اتفاجئ اوصل المركز العاملة مغيره شفتها بدون اعطاء خبر للعميل بتأجيل الموعد! و طلبت التواصل مع الادارة اكثر من مره يماطلون و يسوون نفسهم مجانين و اكثر من موقف صار معهم لا في مواعيد و لا في اسلوب العاملات ينافخون على العميل و عدم احترافيتهم نصيحة اختارو العيادة الي بتروحو لها بعناية و تأكدو من مدى اهمية رضى العميل معهم ، راح الغي اشتراكاتي و اروح لعيادة منافسة افضل الخطأ مننا انه نعطيهم فرصة و راح يتم نهاية الشهر الرجوع للمركز لاسترداد المبلغ I learned a lesson from them, what kind of show do we go to?
