ن	نورة ناصر on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ مكان ممكن تروحون له أوبال = استهبال + استهتار بالناس معطيني موعد الساعه ٣ ونص ،١ مايو جيت لقيت العيادات مسكره آخر يوم رمضان وقبل اسبوع جيت قالو جهاز الليزر الكربوني خربان وموعدي اللي قبل كذالك أجي وأطق مشوار ودافعه من قبل واذا جيت قالو الجهاز خربان ماخذه باكج ندمانه عليه طول حياتي خذو فلوسي وماطلو فيني وضيعو وقتي ونكدو علي حسبي الله عليهم .. الله لايوفقهم الواحد اذا يبي يدلع روحه يروح عيادات أوادم ومسلمين يحترمون الناس ومواعيدهم حظي شين والحمدلله على كل حال كذابين .. ومن ٥ سنوات وشغلكم نفس ماهو مافيه مصداقية في المواعيد وأجهزتكم خربانه وموظفاتكم غير متمكنات وماعندهم سالفه حتى المشرف اللي عندكم قال لي بلسانه خلال يومين بيتصلون عليك يحددون لك موعد بدل فاقد عن جلسة الليزر الكربوني وماحد اتصل علي واتصلت أنا قالت عندنا ملاحظه بس أنا مالي دخل شغل استهبال من الموظفات للمشرف لصاحب العيادات الطاسة ضايعة الله يخارجنا بس وبالنسبة لإعلانكم عن اغلاق المركز في وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي حسب قولكم كانه صحيح بعد عيب عليكم احترام لمراجعيكم فيه شي اسمه اتصال تأجيل أو تقديم الموعد والله لايحللهم بأي ريال خذوه وضيعو وقتي وجهدي فيه الله لايسامحهم دنيا وآخره The worst place you can go to Opal = contempt + contempt for people Give me an appointment at 3:30, May 1, I came to the clinics, intoxicated, the last day of Ramadan A week ago, they said the carbon laser is ruined And my appointment before that. م	ميرال علي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة العملاء مافي رد لا بالليل ولا النهار .. على هذا الموال راح يقفل المركز قريب لاننا مانقدر نحجز مواعيد ولا نستفسر . تحديث بعد الرد الكاذب لم اقل خدمتي غير ضرورية قلت بعد ايام من عدم الرد حجزت في عيادة اخرى.. تكذيب العميل وعدم احترامه ايضا نقطه سوداء لديكم موظفون يحتاجون الي تغيير في السابق كانت الخدمات افضل
غ	غدي الشعلان. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أفشل عياده أخر تجربه لي عندهمم نصابين درجه أولى التأخير منهم بعدين يحطون التأخير على المراجع ماديين حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل حتى النجمه استخسرها فيكم لامن موظفين استقبال ولا من خدمة عملاء هاتفياً ولا من دكتوره ولا من ممرضات تقولين داخله ب فلوسهم مو فلوسك ينافخون تعامللل سيء لأبعددد درجه البنيه التحيته كللها فاشله اتمنى المسؤولين يلتفتون لهم عشان احجز موعد ادق ويتم اغلاق السماعه في وجهي واخر شي تقول الموظفه والله موعدك صار له ٢٢ يوم طيب انتو م تردون كيف اخذ موعد لكن حسبي الله The most unsuccessful clinic in my last experience. m	mona mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ثلاث نجمات لاني للان ماجيت موعدي لليزر اللي خلاني اعلق الحين لمن رحت لهم امس وحجزت موعد ليزر وكشفت عند الدكتوره في بدايه الموضوع بلغوني بسعر الجلسه وبعدها قالو السعر صار 700 ريال !! جدا جدا ازعجتني الحركه بس ماسكت طبعا واخذت الجلسه بنفس السعر اللي قالو لي اياه واضح اني راح اعاني قبل ماابدا الله يستر بجربهم اليوم وارجع اقيمهم مره ثانيه Three stars because I missed my laser appointment The one who made me comment now for those whom I went to yesterday and booked an appointment for a laser and was revealed to the doctor at the beginning of the matter.
